I have learned over 30 years of street ministry that spontaneous healing can flow right out of worship. There were times during worship on the streets that we saw God's sovereign touch right in front of our eyes. In San Diego with pastor Jerry Bernard's church in downtown we witnessed people's powerful healing. One homeless lady was waiting in line for something to eat and we started with an appointed worship, as we always did on the streets. She came up with her grocery cart filled with all she had, and said, "Can I say a word?" Of course I told her yes. After all we were in her house being on the streets. She took the mike and said, "I was simply waiting for something to eat and while you were praising Jesus, my cataracts fell off my eyes! I don't need these glasses anymore", she proclaimed with joy. Then a man who had a withered hand and was often witnessed walking the streets of downtown San Diego came up and took the mike. His hands were completely restored and he kept moving them in front of all the other homeless. Many knew him with this affliction, but now saw he was healed. He said, "Jesus is all over this place"! These are just a few of the great accounts of healing we witnessed. All during worship.
